I've confirmed all of the pre-lootables are dropping with the exception of dragorn blood, the foraged crystals, and the looted crystals for the 1.5.

I was able to loot 3 of the 4 pages today: Gunthak, The Hole, and Howling Stones. The Akheva Ruins page was not spawned when I got there, and did not spawn after 30 minutes.
