[ ] Give the 4 essences to Iilivin.
Receive Pouch of Powdered Riftseeker Essence and Note from Iilivina.

[ ] Give pouch and note to Bantil Io`Tuv (Plane of Knowledge library).
Receive Small Pouch of Riftseeker Essence.

[ ] Give small pouch to Vornol Transon (Twilight Sea tower).

[ ] Return and hail Iilivina (after Vornol Transon)

[ ] Kill the Body Elemental (Ferubi) and loot the Element of Body.
[ ] Kill the Chaos Elemental (Dreadlands) and loot the Element of Chaos.
