Last Bloods are drops that come from Demi and PoR raid zones. They are transformed into super augments that only go into cultural armor. The result is generally an item comproable or better than most viable demi loot.

Cultural armor is crafted and racial specific. Slot 11 augments are crafted. Slot 12 augments are the final result of the last blood.
