First use the guild hall to Underehore. I hope you appreciate my paint skills.
Run to Stoneroot falls (have Levi) Run to through Stoneroot to the Hive. Use the correct entrance. Run up the east wall by zone in until you literally run over it. Then Levi over to the bridges. Any bridge will work. Follow that to the last red circle with the ????. Run up that Dreadspire (click wooden door). Once in Dreadspire you are running with IVU to the Dining Hall. Click the door keep running. Run to the doorman with group of 3 or more. Say I will help to get the task to kill Kelborne. There will be no prompt. Now follow the below to go to the spire. After you click the door drop to the bottom of the spire or run all the way down. Click the door behind the two kos deep orcs. In the small room after the door will be kelborne and some mobs. Kill him and loot his journal and return to the doorman for your flag. You can taskadd until you hand in the journal.

when in the hive, at the top of the ramp (last set of red circles) is a room with a "wooden door looking thing" in the back. that's what you click on to zone into dreadspire.

I seem to remember the possibility of see-invis group level named spawning in the Hive after you're on the bridge but before you hit the wooden door, so be aware you might get popped.

I just flagged me and jeaden. XD i used my 88 bst and some random tan to fight it
