Port spells are a result of hand in quests.

Hand the Priest of Discord 3 x Discordant Crystal Shards (separated) and 1 x Rolled Discordant Parchment. These items are tradeable. Please save them for guilds. In return you get both the Ring of Bloodfields and the Circle of Bloodfields spells if you are a druid and the Bloodfields Gate, Bloodfields Portal, and Translocate: Bloodfields spells if you are a wizard.

Give him 1 x Dark Enchanted Scroll and 3 x Pure Discordant Blood. These items are tradeable. Please save them for guides. You receive the Ring of Slaughter, Circle of Slaughter, and Zephyr: Slaughter spells if you are a druid, and Slaughter Gate, Slaughter Port and Translocate Slaughter spells if you are a wizard.
